, chemical and petrochemical plants, and industrial and utility power plants. They also work well when installed in horizontal or vertical lines to prevent backflow. (In vertical lines, flow must be up.) Evaco check valves are available in sizes ½" to 12". The body and bonnet are of solid construction and the body thickness is large to ensure safety, reliability and long service life. The body has been engineered to minimize erosion and drag. The seat in the body is covered with 13 chrome stainless steel. The one-piece seat design eliminates the potential for leaks associated with screw-in seats. Flanged end options are available and other types of ANSI B16.5 flange faces are available upon request. These check valves are manufactured to ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.25, B16.34 and tested to ANSI B 16.34 and MSS SP61-.
